About Gerri Steadman and Synergistic Coaching:  Background: Gerri has a Bachelor of Psychology degree and a Masters of Employment and Labor Relations degree from the University of Cincinnati. Organizationally, she has held various positions in Human Resources and served in executive positions in the healthcare industry and has experience in the steel industry as well as consumer products. She is certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources and is a member of the International Coaching Federation. About Her Style: Her style and skills mesh very well with clients in a variety of industries including those with a technological, project management, marketing, and sales focus.
