Company Partnered Coaching

Forward-thinking employers are now using coaches to assist managers and executives in becoming more effective leaders. Gone are the days that coaches are merely called in to coach someone out of a company; but rather strategic leaders of organizations utilize Executive Coaches as partners to build specific strengths within their key leadership team.

As a coach, I will work with the Client Company Executive, and partner with the individual(s) being coached to determine the target goals desired to strengthen the leader for current and future company needs. Assessment tools will be used to help pinpoint some areas of need and goals. These tools may be already available within the organization or may be developed as a part of the coaching agreement. Coaching agreements will be specific and agreed upon by all parties in advance.

  • Planning for the Next Move – Successful strategies and identify gaps to plan for lateral or promotional moves within the organization.
  • Identifying Careers - Ensure that career fit matches an executive’s true passions and abilities.
  • Quick Effective Startup – Identify key resources and processes to ensure success in a new role.
